The Kettle has a defective thermostat cutoff. It works sometimes and sometimes fails. In the process excessive steam is generated that fills the kitchen. The body of the kettle and the handle heats up so much that lifting the kettle to pour water needs a napkin. Also water leaks from the bottom. Above all there is no return for this product. Only replacement. So do not purchase it.
